WorldSage seeks to create a thriving, worldwide higher education system for career-oriented students seeking stimulating, relevant education to enhance their professional skills and personal growth.

WorldSage, a publicly-traded Delaware company, was formed in 2006 to create a system of leading private higher education institutions, initially in the EU. Our focus will be to combine the bricks and mortar acquisition strategy of Laureate Education with the online growth strategy of the Apollo Group (APOL), becoming the first company to do so at scale in Europe.

WorldSage is seeking to acquire schools with a passion for education and the solid management skills that make them profitable and local market leaders who grow because they offer career and life relevant curricula to their students. We will focus on schools that maintain close working relationships with employers to shape their offerings and to obtain desirable positions for their graduates.

WorldSage intends to offer the world's best career focused higher education to students in the EU, US and other country markets. WorldSage shall endeavor to create a network of schools that will work together to create an educational strategy built on the following pillars:

• Our students shall be taught by a highly effective faculty, one that has been developed in a very competitive environment, without unions to insulate them from being evaluated on the merits of their performance.
• Our students shall be offered participation in programs comprised of relevant, career focused curricula.
• Our students shall have the opportunity to experience expanded learning beyond the core professional subjects. How to think, how to manage one's mind, and how to be consistently creative are essential skills that will be integrated across the curricula.
• Our students shall be provided among the best career planning and placement services available today.
• Our students shall have the opportunity to be networked internationally, in order to facilitate and enhance employment opportunities and career planning.
• Our students will be offered programs that update their education and knowledge, because in today's fast paced world an education can be out of date five years after graduation.
• Our schools shall seek to establish and maintain a career-long relationship with our students by providing them with useful services and networking as they develop their professional careers.
• Our students shall be provided access to world class e-learning degree programs from reputable institutions.
• WorldSage schools shall endeavor to maintain deep and rich relationships with employers, to provide course content that prepares graduates to be ready to work, instead of ready to be trained. WorldSage intends to include among its career oriented programs WorldSage Learning Centers located at employer sites.

WorldSage invites qualified post-secondary, private educational institutions to consider joining our mission and becoming a valued participant in the WorldSage network. We seek visionary entrepreneurs who are passionate about building and growing profitable businesses while educating the global workforce of today and tomorrow. WorldSage is being built on a US listed public platform and will be leveraging its stock to acquire qualified schools. It is anticipated that school owners who join the WorldSage system will benefit from the expected growth of the WorldSage system, while having the opportunity to remain independently managed participants in our exciting education system.
